CONTINUING TRAINING PROGRAM
FOR SECURITY GUARDS AND SECURITY OFFICERS
A periodic In-Service Training and Refreshers Course are conducted every three (3) months for all security personnel and officers assigned and deployed. The training begins with classroom instructions and finalized through practical exercise, covering a variety of applicable concepts, and specialized subjects. After completion, they are progressively given advance instructions, theoretical orientation and practical application techniques on the latest in security technology that each can adequately assimilate and handle.

Physical Fitness Tests - This is to ensure that all guards are physically fit and able to hurdle the rigors of training.
Road Run. The trainees are subjected to rigorous exercises to ensure that they shall be fit to become security guards.
A series of lectures are conducted regularly by qualified instructors to the guards to ensure that everyone is abreast of developments of their professions.
Every Guard is required to undergo a series of lectures of proper gun handling and safety. The last phase shall be marksmanship firing.
Mr. Guillermo U. Rosales, Board Member, gives final briefing to the security guards prior to posting.
Final inspection and briefing to the security guards who has undergone re-training at the headquarters.
TRAINING OUTLINE COMPONENTS
To provide not only a better but also quality security service, training is an important component of our security agency towards uplifting manpower competency, administrative efficiency and security effectiveness for the protection of life and property. President and Chief Security Officer MA. ARDELINDA U. ROSALES is also the incorporator of Prime Motivators Academy, Incorporated (PMAI). A sister company that trains security guards and officers.PMAI was duly recognized and accredited by TESDA and the PNP-SAGSD and located at the 4th Floor G.U. Rosales Building, #10 Bacnotan Street, New Haven Village, Novaliches, Quezon City.
Security officers and guards are trained and re-trained in our Academy relative to their duties and responsibilities. Even the meaning of “Loyalty and Love of Work” is inculcated to the men and women.
A. Training Rooms:
Five (5) spacious training rooms can accommodate trainees at a time and are duly ventilated with books, pamphlets and brochures distributed on the first day of classes.
B. Facilities:
For each room, we provide 65 chairs complete with chairs, tables, blackboards, writing facilities, charts, and other teaching aids, audio visual aids, assorted proper use of firearms and marksmanship training. An open space is used for drills, parades, and other physical activities such as basketball, tennis, including martial arts practice.

Team-Building Module. This exercise is designed to train each security guard to trust his/her co-guards. Another aim is to train them to be a team player.
Dismounted drills. Another important module in the training program of guards to inculcate discipline and camaraderie.
